October!

 

What a busy and fun month we have had in October! We have been learning about farm animals and pumpkins this past month! We transformed the housekeeping center into a Farmers Market! The Plum's have enjoyed taking roles of being a "cashier" and a "customer." In the blocks center, we added a barn and farm animals and have been creating our own barns! We have also enjoyed talking about pumpkins! We painted a big pumpkin together as a class and talked about the different parts of a pumpkin. 

At the beginning of October, we started specials at Frankie Lemmon. The Plum's are really enjoying the different specials such as music, movement, social skills and language group. The kiddos are making great progress with following the rules and routines of the day and learning their letters, numbers and shapes. The friends are starting to form friendships and are learning how to be good and kind friends to each other :) 

We are very proud of our Plum's and can't wait for another month of fun and learning!!!!
